Experience;
The initial bruck company was founded in 1923.
This factory was involved in the production of tools for
Agriculture and the building industry.
The bending and welding of steel also became an important part of the production.
From 1956 on the production of flanges became our main business and with the change in production to seamless ring rolling bruck became a company with europe-wide market importance.
Our forged pipeconnections perform a variety of vital functions in the oil, gas and petrochemical industries, as well as in other industries such as power generation machine building and railways.
Product range;
We manufacture products up to a maximum outside diameter of 5.400mm, a maximum height of 1.800mm and a maximum singles weight of 32 tons.
Our products meet the highest quality standards.
Our extensive stock of base materials from structural steel to copper and nickel alloys is kept to be able to start production immediately.
Swivel connection;
We supply outer and inner parts for swivelstacks applications, forged and pre-machined, or fully machined in accordance with your drawings.
In addition, we are able to provide the required weld overlay and the final machining under one roof.
Bruck is the only forgemaster capable to forge, machine, weld overlay, assemble and test a complete swivelstack application under one roof.
Anchor, swivel flanges;
Anchor flanges are used to restrain the load and movements of a pipeline in axial direction.
We are able to supply open die forged anchor flanges up to 40"nominal diameter, close as practicable to final shape and size.
And of course, according to your specifications or design.
Swivel rings and flanges are used for the installation of subsea spools.
The use of this type of flange facilitates is welding to the spool and cares for the orientation of the boltholes on the existing sub-sea flange.
For anchor flange as well as swivel type flanges, we can additionally offer to take care of design and calculations for you.

Bruck is capable of visualising your 2-dimensional drawings into full 3-dimensional views.
Our drawing/design department can easily make assembly animations out of multiple 2-dimensional drawings for projects.
Creating animations out of a 2-dimensional drawing is also possible.
Our design depatrment can visualize almost every drawing into a full 3-dimensional view.
